I'm Justin Trice, a Maryland-licensed home improvement contractor (MHIC #110385) serving wider Bel Air and Harford County. Most of my work is handyman repairs and home maintenance: gutter and drywall fixes, exterior touch-ups, fixture replacements, and the everyday jobs that pile up around a house. I also take on decks, windows and doors, and larger renovations when they're the right fit.
My father, Steve Trice, started the business in 1976 as Precise Contracting. I renamed it Trice Home Improvements when I took over and kept it a one-person operation so every job meets my standards. You work directly with me from quote to final walkthrough. Two generations, same deal: fair price, done right.
