I'm Justin Trice — a Maryland-licensed home improvement contractor (MHIC #110385) serving wider Bel Air and Harford County. Most of my work is handyman repairs and home maintenance: gutter and drywall fixes, exterior touch-ups, fixture replacements, and the small-to-mid jobs that make a house feel cared for. I take on decks, window and door installations, and larger renovations too when they're the right fit for a one-person shop.
The business started in 1976 as Precise Contracting under my father, Steve Trice; I renamed it Trice Home Improvements when I took it over. I've stayed a one-person shop so every job meets my standards — you're working directly with me from quote to final walkthrough. Two generations, same standard: fair price, work done right.
